We handle the bins and transportation so you can focus on your move. Here is exactly what happens before, during, and after your rental.

    Select your home size, bin type, quantities, rental dates, delivery window, pickup address, and any helpful upgrades.

  2. Confirm the schedule

    Reserve your delivery

    Review your order, contact details, access notes, stairs, entrances, and timing. Your confirmation keeps all move details together.

    • Add suite or apartment details
    • Tell us where the driver should place the bins

  3. Get clean bins delivered

    We bring everything to you

    Your sanitized, ready-to-pack bins arrive during the selected delivery window. Any dollies and labels in your order arrive with them.

    • Keep the delivery area clear and accessible
    • You or an authorized person should be available

  4. Pack, stack, and move

    Use the bins for your move

    Pack your belongings, close the attached lids, label each bin, and stack them securely. No cardboard assembly or packing tape is needed.

    • Do not overload bins or force lids closed
    • Use dollies on safe, level surfaces

  5. Prepare for collection

    Empty and stage every item

    Before pickup, remove all belongings and debris, close the lids, and place the bins and equipment together at the agreed accessible location.

    • Count bins, dollies, and accessories
    • Request an extension before the rental ends

  6. We pick up and clean

    Your rental is complete

    We collect the full order during your pickup window, inspect the equipment, and professionally clean every reusable bin for its next move.
